If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, have received poor quality goods, please let us know within 14 days of receiving the shipment. We will refund you or send you a new item.
Return of damaged goods
If the goods were damaged during transportation before delivery to the Buyer, please mark this on the delivery note (if during delivery you notice that the packaging is wet, dirty). Please send us a photo of the damaged goods by e-mail. E- mail firstname.lastname@example.org The photo must show the package of the consignment and the delivery sticker, how the damaged product was packed, the filler of the box. Upon receipt of information from the Buyer about a damaged shipment, we will send you a new shipment or those goods that have been damaged and unfit for use free of charge.
If the Seller sent goods of a different quality than the Buyer ordered, please send a photo of the goods to email@example.com , as well as return the goods to the courier called by the Seller, and the Seller will send you a new product corresponding to the order.
Return of quality goods
Quality goods that the Buyer does not like the shape, size, colour, model or completeness, can be returned and the money paid for them can be returned or exchanged for other goods.
Returned quality goods must be unopened, undamaged, have not lost their commercial appearance (labels have not been removed and damaged, protective films have not been torn off, labels, etc.) and must not be used.
The product must be returned in the original packaging, the same set as received by the Buyer, together with the instructions for use and other accessories of the product.
If the product is not fully completed, has been opened (damaged security packaging), is damaged, untidy or not properly packed, the Seller has the right not to accept the product, not to change it and not return the money paid by the Buyer for the product.
Returned quality goods must be safe and properly packaged so that they are not damaged during transportation. The Seller shall not be liable for goods damaged during transport or lost when they are returned to the Seller.
The cost of returning quality goods (undamaged, undamaged during transportation) is borne by the buyer.

When returning the goods, please indicate the name, surname and order number of the person who placed the order.
